We read carefully all CV’s and use competency-based selection criteria as well as verifying information and discussion with potential candidates before preparing a short list of suitable candidates to ensure you are presented with the best possible candidates to review.
We aim to have a shortlist of suitable candidates within a 3-week period, and have regular communication with you throughout the entire process.
We discuss with you the selected candidates and once you have made a decision on who , where and how you would like to interview candidates that works best for you and your business we then liaise between you and the candidate to agree the next steps.
We are professional and discrete and understand how confidentiality is very important to all of us and we only disclose information to prospective candidates when you are happy for us to do so.
Once you have selected your successful candidate and would like to appoint into the role, we can conduct negotiations and take up references on your behalf as agreed.
